Only one opening band and they were a solid choice, hailing from Brooklyn and having the bonus magical power of making most of the crowd bounce along. At the end of their show, the singer, Eric, asked if we'd rather hear "hooplas" or some other song. The kids yelled for "Hooplas Involving Circus Tricks", which is now nestled happily into my playlist. They're one of those opening bands you're pretty sure you'll end up seeing next time they come through town on their own. Some photos!
